I was asked by Lyft to request a ride and ask the driver if I could bring my small dog so I could bring her to the emergency veterinarian. I called him and I sent him multiple text messages and he never responded. I refuse to pay for this ride. I cant use you because every time that I will call a driver you guys will charge me. Going back to UBER

PAID FOR MY SON'S DRIVER'S ED CERTIFICATE BUT PRIOR TO PAYING GOT ON CHAT AND WANTED TO CONFIRM THAT THIS COURSE WOULD WORK FOR THE DMV OF DELAWARE. THEY LIED. THE CERTIFICATE IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY DMV OF DELAWARE AND NOW I CANNOT GET ANY RESPONSE TO MY REPEATED CONTACT REQUESTS FOR HELP. I HAVE HAD TO FILE AN OFFICIAL REPORT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE FOR CONSUMER AFFAIRS.

Where is my son's letter of course completion??????? It's been 3 weeks now and no letter , why can't I ever get ahold of anyone????

They don’t answer their phones. Don’t respond to emails in a timely manner. When they do respond weeks later they say that it’s too late for a refund since so much time has past, yeah since you can’t reach a real person within the refund period. They also told me they paid the court my fee and the court says they never received it. Just a garbage enterprise please take your business elsewhere.

I paid for the on-line class and can't access it. I have called, emailed , "live" chat, all with no response, two weeks now! They say to leave a vm and they will return your call but they NEVER do. The live chat just keeps saying the same message. Do NOT use this company.

My older children used this service years ago and it was fine. However, my youngest son just completed the course. Multiple times he was asked to enter information to verify his identity but it insisted that although he entered the information correctly that it was incorrect. I actually stood there and watched. Their timer that counts the time in between lessons was broken on more than one occasion. And now they are telling me that the certificate won't be available till 24 hours. TOTAL GARBAGE! Do not waste once penny on this company!!!!!!!

The actual online course was boring and long as I expected. I really enjoyed the in car driving lessons as it really made me confident on the road and improved my driving skills .. on the other hand once I completed the course in late April and scheduled my driving test for early may .. my certificate of completion has been sent back for unknown reasons and continuslly delayed causing me to reschedule a new driving test 4 weeks later than the orginal test date , it is almost june and i still haven’t recieved my certificate causing me to reschedule for yet another time . I enjoyed the actual course but i did not pay this much just to delay my license over a certificate that i should be able to pick up or print

I would absolutely not recommend doing this. Take something local. Something that you can talk to someone, get service, etc. It took over a month to get my sons driving certificate for his permit mailed correctly with MANY calls and then when we scheduled his first driving lesson and the school scheduled a mandatory lecture for his college course grades (in high school) I was told I had to pay $50 to cancel the lesson. Get something local run that can respond to issues and talk with a person face to face. The over the phone, no consequence to service model is not worth the cost, time or effort it's going to take you to get through this program.

Sure the parent taught drivers ed course seems like a good deal. Pretty cheap. But they also fail to tell you that you have to pay to have your TDLR which is almost forty dollars and a fee to buy the guide to teach the teenager. They waited to tell me after I had paid for the course. For a parent who is not making much money it was hard to have to tell my daughter that she couldn't finish the course due to all the extra add ons that I wasn't told about.

Stay away. They claim to mail you your certificate but really don't. Then charge you for a duplicate. All part of their game. They blame the post office of course but the address was correct and we get mail ALL THE TIME with no problem. STAY AWAY. {{Redacted}}

I recently was referred to this company for ticket dismissal. The link was chosen from the webpage of approved company's for ticket dismissals.. I was directed to their site, to a page that said to have your ticket dismissed complete this course. I signed up for it paid for it finished it and when I received the certificate and submitted it to the court it was not accepted because it was for a six hour course to obtain your liscense for the first time. I went back to the same site to make sure it was for ticket dismissal which it said it was, logged on and it said I had completed the course. I called them finally getting someone on line to actually talk to and they said I applied for a different course than the one which is for ticket dismissal. They would not correct the mistake that their website made. Apparently they teach something new and different for ticket dismissal than they teach first time drivers since their six hour drivers education certificate doesn't teach enough to have a ticket dismissed. When asked about this all they could say is that they have not personally taken the course and don't know what it teaches.. if your trying to get a ticket dismissed don't use this company they will sell you the wrong product then when you call about it try to sell you another product. Who knows how many times you would have to pay for what you order before you finally got what you ordered.. they denied that the website could have made the mistake because " no one else has complained about it", but the lady helping me at the court house said they get these certificates all of the time and they can't be accepted.. I'm told that "I drive safely" will be a company that won't do this to their customers..I'm going their today to take their version and hopefully be through with this mess..THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT OR NEED AND THEIR ONLY SOLUTION IS FOR YOU TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE FROM THEM. IT IS A MONEY MAKING SCAM AND I BELIEVE THEY ARE AWARE OF IT AND WONT FIX IT BACAUSE THEY ARE DOUBLEING THEIR INCOME ON PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW ANY BETTER... DO NOT USE DRIVERSED.COM

So I bought Teen driving course for $99, right? And then add another $20 for the papers that I needed for my learners permit. Talked to customer support today and found out that I had to be 14-17 IN ORDER TO FREAKING GET CREDIT FOR IT. "Sorry, I can not switch you to the TTX Adult driving course." - Support. So I WASTED A WHOLE $120 ON SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T EVEN COUNT TOWARDS MY DRIVERS LICENSE. WOW, THANKS! Not using this site for my Adult DL. Pretty sure they are also telling all of their customers to give them a 5 star review.

This car was illegally parked by a person who came in alone, it was probably an instructor. Does this company practice what they teach?

It is a good course. My elder son took it too and so I subscribed it to my for my younger one. The initial fee is reasonable, but be careful that they have now started putting time limits - which are very tight and then you are forced to renew at a fixed price. Even practice test now cost separate money, which you only find out after you subscribe. Make sure to read the fine print, else you are stuck into shelling out money at every step.
